Rex Draughn CPA, CIA, CMA, CFM
Rex Draughn is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS degree in Accounting, a BS degree in Marketing, and a MS degree in Economic Development. He also holds other professional designations such as Certified Internal Auditor, Certified in Management Accounting, and Certified Financial Manager. He has been a practicing accountant for over seven years in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Rex is an expert in State and Local Tax and has consulting with Fortune 1000 as well as small, entrepreneurial companies in such matters.

He has broad experience over the past fifteen years in small business development based on his background in community economic development and entrepreneurial ventures. Rex's diverse background, multi-disciplined certifications and uncommon ability to listen and understand what is really the obstacle, provides his clients the opportunity to tap into his experience, overcome barriers, adopt transforming strategies while effectively and efficiently achieving more of what they value sooner.
